Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

Your counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district where TripReady is located if outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

Counter-notifications should be sent to the same DMCA contact listed above.

Repeat Infringers

TripReady may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable or terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
