The Grille also works as a landing place after other warm-weather outings. People have dropped in after SUP yoga or a summer bike ride, which says plenty about its useful role: it can be a destination in itself or the easy next stop after a day already in progress.

Both rooms provide attractive, clean gathering spaces with water views and a relaxed setting. The Walkout has overhead doors that can be opened in warm weather, connecting the room more directly with the outdoor surroundings.
The setting has been adapted for themed occasions, including a beach-themed bridal shower. Other themed programs have incorporated special décor, live entertainment, pop-up booths and themed drinks, with past examples ranging from Galentine's and speakeasy gatherings to Mother's Day events.
