Weekdays tend to offer a calmer visit than weekends, when entry lines, seating and attraction queues can all become busier. On popular summer days, arriving before opening can make the opening stretch of the day feel more manageable.

Pre-purchasing tickets and completing waivers ahead of time can also speed up entry. The reward for a little advance planning is more time deciding between the lazy river, a shared slide ride, another pass through the wave pool or a stop uphill to watch the surfers.
